Day 1: Arrival and welcome dinner in Hanoi
Your adventure begins in Vietnam’s bustling capital, Hanoi. Upon arrival, our friendly guide will greet you at the airport and take you to your comfortable hotel.
That evening, you’ll enjoy a traditional Vietnamese welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Taste authentic dishes like pho, fresh spring rolls, and banh xeo (crispy pancakes), while learning about the history and customs behind these iconic flavors.
Day 2: Hanoi food markets and cooking class
On the second day, we’ll explore Hanoi’s famous street food markets in the Old Quarter. Wander through the lively stalls filled with fragrant herbs, exotic fruits, and fresh seafood.
Our guide will teach you how to pick fresh ingredients, which you will later use in a hands-on cooking class.
A skilled Vietnamese chef will guide you in preparing classic dishes like bun cha (grilled pork and noodles) and sweet lotus seed dessert. End the day savoring your handmade dishes together with the group.
Day 3: Halong Bay cruise and fresh seafood feast
No visit to Vietnam is complete without experiencing Halong Bay. On day three, we’ll take you on a scenic boat cruise across this UNESCO World Heritage site.
Enjoy breathtaking views of limestone karsts rising from emerald waters. While on board, indulge in a delicious seafood lunch prepared freshly by the crew. Relax with your new friends while soaking in the stunning natural beauty.
Day 4: Exploring Hoi An’s food scene
Fly to the charming town of Hoi An, known for its well-preserved architecture and vibrant food scene. You’ll spend the day sampling local delicacies such as cao lau noodles and banh mi sandwiches.
Visit the famous Hoi An Lantern Market, where you’ll enjoy traditional desserts and street food. Don’t forget to capture the magical atmosphere of the lantern-lit streets at night.
Day 5: Coffee culture and farewell
On the final day, we’ll highlight Vietnam’s legendary coffee culture. Visit a local café to try egg coffee, a uniquely creamy and sweet drink loved by locals.
Afterward, enjoy some free time to shop for souvenirs or revisit your favorite markets. Finally, we’ll gather for a short farewell celebration before we take you to the airport for your departure.
